Poker After Dark 2011 - Player Lineup - Phil Ivey, Tom Dwan, Patrik Antonius, Phil Viewers are going to be in for a special treat over the next two weeks of "Poker After Dark" on NBC.

Not only will names such as Phil Ivey, Patrik Antonius and Tom "durrrr" Dwan be appearing in brand new episodes of "Poker After Dark" over the next couple of weeks, but they'll also be playing Pot Limit Omaha for the first time in the history of the show.

Since the beginning of the "Poker Boom" back in 2003, poker television shows have mostly featured No Limit Hold'em as the game of choice, despite the fact that other variations of poker, such as Pot Limit Omaha, have soared in popularity.

Fans have been asking to see some Pot Limit Omaha on either "Poker After Dark" or "High Stakes Poker" for the past couple of years, with "Poker After Dark" finally obliging.

Many top cash game players prefer PLO over NLHE, so it should be no surprise that the line-up for the two-week "Pot-Limit Omaha Cash Game" is absolutely stacked. Here is the line-up:

Phil Ivey
Tom Dwan
Patrik Antonius
Phil "OMGClayAiken" Galfond
Brandon Adams
Brian Hastings

In addition, Jared "Harrington25" Bleznick is also scheduled to make an appearance in the game.

The buy-in for the game is $100,000 with $300/$600 blinds. According to a press release that was circulated earlier today, the game will play much bigger due to straddles that are introduced in the second hand on Day 1 (straddles apparently become permanent on Day 4).

Some of the other notes of interest from the press release:

-a four-color deck will be used for the first time in the history of the show "to help viewers follow the action"

-"the game will see numerous rebuys, as a couple of players run very well while some others get uncharacteristically stuck"

The PLO Cash Game will begin airing late night Monday (2:05 am) on NBC.
