The stars were out at the Bellagio for Day 1B of the World Poker Classic at the Bellagio, as the World Poker Tour hosts their $25,000 Championship event.

Day 1B took place on Sunday with the second half of the field of 639 starting play. Names that played on Sunday included Daniel Negreanu, Patrik Antonius and Johnny Chan. Rising above the field on Sunday was Kirk Morrison, who finished the day with 170,000 in chips. He was closely followed by Tim Phan and Sam Farha.

Other notable names that had strong days were Patrik Antonius, Johnny Chan and Mike Matusow.

Tomorrow, the two fields combine, and play down throughout the week until we hit the final table which starts on Friday.

Anna Wroblewski will enter day 2 the overall chipleader. The pros will be gunning for her; it should be interesting to see how the blossoming poker pro handles the pressure.
