Vanessa Selbst Passes Kathy Liebert To Become Top Earning Female Tournament Player

The King is reporting from the PCA 2013 High Roller EventVanessa Selbst outlasted an incredibly tough field to take down the 2013 Pokerstars Caribbean Adventure $25,000 High Roller event earlier today. For her victory, Selbst walked away with $1,424,420, which gives her over $7 million in total lifetime tournament cashes.

With her win tonight, Selbst passes Kathy Liebert to take the top spot on the women's all time money list:

Vanessa has gone on an incredible run over the past couple of years. This run has consisted of a win in the 2013 PCA High Roller event, a win in the 2010 Partouche Poker main event, two NAPT titles (Mohegan Sun, Uncasville), a World Series of Poker bracelet ($2,500 10 Game Six Handed) and more. Selbst is truly one of the most dynamic and dominant players on the tournament circuit today.

With her victory in the High Roller event, Vanessa Selbst is now 40th on the all-time money list, just behind the likes of Huck Seed, Greg Raymer and Eugene Katchalov.
