"Team Pokerstars" Wins All Three Matches En Route To Easy Victory

A little bit of playful needling between Gus Hansen and Daniel Negreanu turned into a heads-up showdown that involved six of the top poker players in the world. On one side you had "Team Pokerstars", which was comprised of Daniel Negreanu, Bertrand "ElkY" Grospellier and Isaac "luvthewnba" Haxton.
On the other side you had "The Professionals", comprising of Tom "durrrr" Dwan, Gus Hansen and Viktor "Isildur1" Blom.
The heads-up contest, which took place today, comprised of three different matches, and each match featured three individual heads-up tournaments. The person who won at least 2 out of 3 tournaments would win the match, and the team that won 2 or more of the matches would win the entire contest.
The three matches were:
Viktor Blom vs Bertrand Grospellier
Tom Dwan vs Isaac Haxton
Gus Hansen vs Daniel Negreanu
Each player put up $50,000 of their own money, with the winner of each match receiving $100,000. In addition, each member of the winning team would receive $10k in tournament buy-ins from the losing site.

The heads-up contest, which took place on Full Tilt Poker, turned out to be a laugher.
"Team Pokerstars" easily won the contest, with Negreanu, Haxton and Grospellier all winning their matches.
As a matter of fact, "Team Pokerstars" ended up winning 8 out of the 9 tournaments, with Negreanu and "ElkY" both winning their matches 3-0.
So, Negreanu, Haxton and Grospellier all ended up winning $50,000 from their opponents, and all three players also received $10,000 in Full Tilt Poker tournament buy-ins.
