Greg Raymer Arrested During Undercover Prostitution Sting

Greg Raymer with a gold chain and a WSOP gold braceletAccording to multiple media reports, Greg "Fossilman" Raymer, 2004 World Series of Poker main event champion and former "Team Pokerstars Pro" member, was recently arrested during an undercover prostitution sting.

According to WRAL.com (link below), Greg Raymer was one of six men arrested during the sting. In addition to Raymer, Wake Forest police nabbed a prominent attorney and the president of a local business in the sting.

According to WRAL.com, Raymer responded to an online advertisement "on a website often used by prostitutes". Raymer then visited a local hotel and was subsequently arrested by police.

Raymer was charged with "prostitution and attempted crimes against nature" and is scheduled to appear in court on April 18th.
