Full Tilt Poker Signs Three More Tour Ambassadors

1. Full Tilt Poker Signs More "Tour Ambassadors".

Last week, Full Tilt Poker announced the signing of four players (Martins Adeniya, Dermot Blain, Ben Jenkins and Sinem Melin) to sponsorship deals. The four players will act as Full Tilt Poker "Tour Ambassadors" on the UKIPT (UK and Ireland Poker Tour), in addition to playing as "red pros" on the actual website itself.

Full Tilt Poker continued to expand their team earlier today when they announced the signing of Jono Karamalikis, Liam O'Rourke and Tom Grigg to similar deals. The three players, in addition to acting as "red pros" on Full Tilt Poker, will also be serving as "Tour Ambassadors" on the ANZPT.

2. "Durrrr Challenge To Resume"?

Is the "Durrrr Challenge" between Tom "durrrr" Dwan and Daniel "jungleman12" Cates finally set to resume?

According to Cates, the two players have agreed to play a minimum of 4,000 hands per month starting in August.

The challenge between Dwan and Cates started all the way back in August of 2010. The two players have put in roughly 20,000 hands, with Cates currently holding a $1 million+ lead.

The terms of the challenge have the two players playing a total of 50,000 hands - if Dwan wins, Cates has to pay him an additional $500,000, and if Cates wins, Dwan has to shell out $1,500,000.

Cates has been growing more and more agitated regarding the state of the challenge over the past number of months, but it appears as though there may finally be some movement.
