Amaya Inc., which purchased Pokerstars and Full Tilt Poker last year, has been increasing Pokerstars' product offerings in order to make the online poker site a full-fledged online gaming company. This change puts the company in direct competition with the likes of William Hill.

In addition to now offering casino and live casino games, Pokerstars has already stated their intentions to launch a sports book offering later in the first quarter of 2015.
