WSOP Logo - 400 pixels - World Series of PokerEli Elezra is in contention to win his second World Series of Poker bracelet of the summer (and fourth of his career) as he is currently leading the $10,000 HORSE Championship with just 16 players remaining.

Last week, Elezra took down the third bracelet of his career after winning the $1,500 Seven Card Stud event for $112,591. Elezra, who has frequently appeared on televised cash games and tournaments over the years, has followed this up with an impressive showing in the $10,000 HORSE event.

There are a number of talented and well-known players who will be looking to derail Elezra's quest for his fourth World Series of Poker bracelet, including:

Joe Hachem (third in chips)
Frank Kassela (fifth in chips)
Barry Greenstein (tenth in chips)
Scotty Nguyen (eleventh in chips)

As of this moment, Eli Elezra has 640,000 in chips, while his next closest competitor, Daniel Ospina, has 517,000.

204 players turned out for the $10,000 HORSE event this year, creating a total prize pool of $1,917,000.

The eventual winner of the event will walk away with $517,766, while the runner-up will take home $319,989.

The top 24 spots pay out, with a min-cash being worth $18,619.
