Phil Ivey in a fancy shirt wearing a big watch yoRailbirds were treated to a Christmas night treat as Phil Ivey battled Niki Jedlicka in some high stakes Pot Limit Omaha action on Full Tilt Poker.

These two have had some battles before with Phil Ivey getting the best of Jedlicka on a couple of occasions. Their matches are always fun to watch because the variance is so high and the swings are so great.

Niki Jedlicka used to play under the alias of "Kaibuxxe" before signing a deal with Full Tilt Poker. He then switched to the player ID of "Niki Jedlicka", his real name.

Playing as "Kaibuxxe", Jedlicka was seemingly invincible. "Kaibuxxe" was the biggest single winner in Full Tilt's high limit PLO games year to date, racking up an impressive $3.178 million dollars in profits.

Since switching to his new alias, Jedlicka has basically seen his results take a nosedive. Before tonight's action with Phil Ivey, "Niki Jedlicka" was down over a million dollars in the high stakes Pot Limit Omaha games.

Tonight Jedlicka was absolutely crushed by Phil Ivey in the "Ivey Thunderdome" on Full Tilt, a heads-up $500/$1000 Pot Limit Omaha table. Jedlicka saw his bankroll shrink considerably as he dropped a jaw-dropping $508k to Ivey in just over an hour of play. Jedlicka is now down over a million and a half dollars since switching to his "Niki Jedlicka" alias.
