Shaun Deeb Wins His Second WCOOP Bracelet

Shaun Debb at the WSOP 2010 - Thumb upShaun Deeb took down WCOOP #28 ($1,050 NLHE, $1 Million Guaranteed) early Thursday morning to claim the second WCOOP bracelet of his career.

Deeb turned in a masterful performance in this event, navigating through a field that was loaded with talented players. In the end, Deeb was able to outlast 1,432 other players to take down the $243,610 first place prize.

As mentioned, this was the second WCOOP victory of Shaun Deeb's career. His first WCOOP bracelet came in 2008, when he took down a $320+R PLO event for a little over $144k.

With this victory, Deeb joins "djk123", "ElkY", "g0lfa", "kwob20", "spawng" and "spencerman3" as multiple WCOOP bracelet winners.

This was the second big score of the month for Deeb, as he also managed to take down the $750k Guarantee on Full Tilt Poker on September 5th for $132,787.50.

In addition to taking down multiple WCOOP events, Deeb has also won a SCOOP tournament (2010 SCOOP-17-M, $162+R PLO, $62,251.53) as well.

Deeb also has a FTOPS victory under his belt, as well as wins in practically every other major online tournament (Pokerstars $100 Sunday Rebuy, Stars Nightly Hundred Grand, Pokerstars $1k Super Tuesday, etc).

According to his Pocketfives.com profile page, Deeb now has over $4 million in total lifetime tournament cashes online, including his victory in WCOOP #28 earlier tonight.
