Gabe Patgorski Will Take Chip Lead Into Final Table on Thursday

World Series of Poker - Circuit Events - LogoGabe Patgorski will begin play on Thursday as the chip leader when the final table of the Hammond WSOP Circuit Regional Championship gets underway.

Despite entering the final table with a sizable chip lead (nearly a million chips more than the next closest competitor), Patgorski will have his work cut out for him as there are a number of excellent players who are also still alive in the event.

Here are the chip counts heading into the final table on Thursday:

As you can see, there is certainly a wealth of talent at the final table.

All nine of the remaining players in the tournament are guaranteed a minimum of $48,615 for making it to the final table. The eventual winner will take home $525,449, while the runner-up will walk away with $324,770.

The final table will begin at 2:00 pm local time on Thursday afternoon.
