So, if you are playing in a traditional 5-card draw game where the Two of Spades is "wild" and you hold:

Two of Spades
Ace of Hearts
Ace of Clubs
King of Clubs
King of Hearts

You could make a full house with your hand, as you could substitute your Two of Spades for an Ace, making a full house, Aces full of Kings.
