2012 PCA Set To Begin on January 5th, 2012

European Poker Tour logo on an old television set - IllustrationEarlier today, Pokerstars released the first half of the schedule for the eighth season of the EPT (European Poker Tour).

A total of 7 events have been officially announced so far, including the EPT London (Sept 30-Oct 5, 2011) and the 2012 PCA (Jan 5-15, 2012).

Here is the first half of the EPT Season 8 Schedule:

EPT Tallinn (Estonia), Aug 2-7 2011 (€4,000 + 250)
EPT Barcelona (Spain), Aug 27-Sep 1 2011 (€5,000 + 300)
EPT London (UK), Sep 30-Oct 5 2011 (£5,000 + 250)
EPT San Remo (Italy), Oct 21-27 2011 (€4,600 + 300)
EPT Prague (Czech Republic), Dec 5-10 2011 (€5,000 + 300)
2012 PCA (Bahamas), Jan 5-15 2012 ($10,000 + 300)
EPT Deauville (France), Jan 31-Feb 6 2012 (€5,000 + 300)

There was more than 50 million Euros paid out during the seventh season of the European Poker Tour. It will be interesting to see the impact of "Black Friday" on Season 8 of the EPT.
