Bertrand "ElkY" Grospellier Currently Leading $10k HORSE Event
Published on June 10th, 2014 1:14 am ESTA few weeks ago, "Team Pokerstars Pro" member Bertrand Grospellier dropped this piece of bad news via his Twitter account:
"To anyone participating in @WSOP Fantasy, don't pick me because i'm stuck in Paris indefinitely since i got my passport stolen in Toronto"
"such a joke first appointment i could get for an emergency work reason : June 20th At least i'm a favorite to play the Main! #whenwillitend"
"ElkY", with his $10.8 million in lifetime "live" tournament earnings, was obviously very eager to get to Las Vegas for the start of the World Series of Poker. After his passport was stolen, however, Grospellier was looking to miss the majority of the series.

Late last week, "ElkY" posted this bit of good news:
"Finally, after much trouble, got my passport! #Vegas here I come! #WSOP2014"
"ElkY" has wasted no time establishing himself at this year's World Series of Poker, as he is currently leading the $10k HORSE event (one of the toughest tournaments in live poker) at the dinner break of Day 2.
Grospellier is looking for his second World Series of Poker bracelet, as he took down the $10k Seven Card Stud event in 2011 for $311,639.

After a few weeks of bad luck, Grospellier's fortunes seem to have turned around.
