The 48-person field has now been set, with the likes of Daniel Negreanu, Phil Ivey and Phil Hellmuth all participating. The buy-in for the event is $300,000, with the eventual winner taking home a payday of $5 million.

The tournament will run from May 27th until May 30th.

The Day 1 table draws have been released and there are certainly some interesting seating arrangements.

A few things jump out here:

1) There are no weak tables. Even the table with the satellite qualifier features names such as Jason Koon, Justin Bonomo and Adrian Mateos.

2) Doug Polk and Daniel Negreanu, who DO NOT like each other, will be seated next to each other.

3) Phil Hellmuth and Bill Perkins will be playing at the same time, which should provide for some great banter.

This should be a very entertaining event.
