Day 1B of Partypoker Millions Online Gets Underway at 20:00 CET

Day 1B of the largest tournament in the history of online poker will get underway on partypoker later today.

Earlier this week, 1,574 players turned out for Day 1A of the partypoker Millions Online event. The players were lured by the eye-popping $20 million guaranteed prize pool - the top four finishers in the tournament will all be guaranteed a minimum of a million dollars, with the eventual winner taking home $2.5 million.

partypoker collected nearly $8 million in total prize money on Day 1A, which means that there is an increasing likelihood that the tournament will surpass its ambitious guarantee.

There are still four starting flights left to be played, with Day 1B getting underway later today (Thursday, November 29th) at 20:00 CET.

partypoker has been pushing their satellite events to this tournament very hard over the past couple of days, so Day 1B should have another big field.

More than 200 players made it through to the next day of play on Day 1A.

The current chip leader for the event is "Phil_Gruissem", who managed to finish Day 1A with nearly 27 million in chips. Players from Finland, the UK, Canada and Sweden are trailing close behind.
