The WSOP POY race extends to this fall's World Series of Poker Europe, so don't be surprised at all to see Deeb make a trip to Europe in order to try to defend his title.

Deeb is proving once again that he is one of the best all-around poker players in the world.

Let's not forget that Shaun Deeb owns four World Series of Poker bracelets despite being just 33 years of age.

In addition, Deeb owns five World Championship of Online Poker (WCOOP) and five Spring Championship of Online Poker (SCOOP) titles, and has proven to be comfortable in practically any variant of poker that is thrown at him.

In short - don't bet against Deeb winning his second straight WSOP POY title, despite the fact that he is currently over 500 points behind Daniel Zack on the leaderboard.
