Viktor Blom Superstar Showdown vs. Tarken 89Viktor "Isildur1" Blom crushed Terje "Terken89" Augdal in the "Superstar Showdown" on Pokerstars earlier today, moving his record in the challenge to 9-2.

"Isildur1" now has a cumulative profit of over $650,000 in his eleven "Superstar Showdown" matches.

For the second week in a row, "Isildur1" felted his opponent and won $150,000. This week it was Terje "Terken89" Augdal - last week it was Rui "PepperoniF" Cao.

Blom and Augdal battled it out over four tables (2 $50/$100 NLHE and 2 $50/$100 PLO). Blom jumped out to an early lead (similar to last week) that he didn't relinquish, thanks in large part to a couple of very big Pot Limit Omaha pots that he won.

As mentioned, Viktor "Isildur1" Blom is now 9-2 in "Superstar Showdown" matches. His victories have come against:

Tony G, Daniel Cates, Eugene Katchalov, "Dodgyfish72", Daniel Negreanu, Scott Palmer, "Mastermixus", Rui Cao, Terje Augdal

Blom's two losses have come against Isaac Haxton and Daniel Negreanu (rematch).

No word as of yet as to who "Isildur1" might be squaring off against next. Given how hot he is currently running in the "Superstar Showdown", the line of potential opponents might not be very long.
