What is the "Irish Open Online"? What does the term "Irish Open Online" mean?

The Irish Open Online is the online version of the "Irish Poker Open", which was postponed due to the Coronavirus outbreak.

New online tournaments, conversions from live ones, are being started due to the outbreak and world on lockdown.  One of them is the Irish Open Online.Instead of cancelling the event entirely, tournament organizers teamed up with partypoker to move the event online.

Tournament organizers expect that the 2021 version of the "Irish Poker Open" will proceed as usual, in the "live" format.

The "Irish Open Online" will run from April 6th to April 12th and feature a total of 22 events.

The highlight of the series will be the €1 million guaranteed main event, which will feature multiple opening day flights and a buy-in of €1,100.

The schedule for the Irish Open Online is slightly different than the original "Irish Poker Open", though the majority of the schedule is the same.

There is something for everyone on this schedule, with low buy-in events, satellites to big events and high buy-in events for the High Rollers.
