Poker Central and the World Poker Tour announced a deal earlier today that will see WPT final tables streamed live on the PokerGo service.

According to the press release, the first streamed final table will be the Legends of Poker final table that will take place on August 31st.

The launch of the PokerGo product, which took place a few months ago, has drawn largely mixed reviews from the public.

There is no doubt, however, that the company is adding a great deal of quality poker programming to their service. In addition to the World Poker Tour final tables, PokerGo also offers World Series of Poker, ARIA Super High Roller Bowl, "Poker After Dark" and "Poker Masters" programming.

The company recently scored when Tom Dwan returned for three days of taping for "Poker After Dark". Dwan was involved in some very big pots and his appearance generated a great deal of buzz.

World Poker Tour final tables will still air on television as per usual, as the company still has multiple years left on a deal to air episodes on Fox Sports Regional Networks.

Joe Kakaty, president of Poker Central, had this to say about the new partnership:

"The World Poker Tour delivers the thrilling and action-packed poker programming our audience loves. This partnership is part of our commitment to adding the best live poker programming to our already robust library of content and bringing it to our viewers around the world."
