Final $50k Prelim Table To Get Underway Later Today

The King is reporting on the latest from the Poker Masters tournament.Two of the top high buy-in tournament players in the world, Bryn Kenney and Erik Seidel, duelled for the third of four "Poker Masters" $50k prelim events on Saturday evening.

After a marathon back-and-forth battle, Bryn Kenney came out on top, taking down the first place prize of $960,000. Erik Seidel finished in second place for $576,000, while Jake Schindler finished third for $312,000.

After three completed $50,000 prelim events, the "Poker Masters" Championship standings currently look like this:

1. Steffen Sontheimer, $1,104,000
2. Bryn Kenney, $1,085,000
3. Nick Schulman, $918,000
4. Erik Seidel, $576,000
5. Matt Hyman, $561,000

The fourth $50,000 prelim event will conclude later today.

39 players entered this event, which ended up creating a total prize pool of $1.95 million.

There are seven players left in the event, with the top 6 spots paying.
