An opponent is needed in a $1.6M poker match.The $1.6 million rematch between Phil Hellmuth and Scott Seiver will not be happening.

Earlier today, Scott Seiver pulled out of the rematch due to "personal reasons".

The match was set for August 22nd, and now PokerGO is scrambling for a replacement.

In order to sit down for the $1.6 million match with Phil Hellmuth, you need:

2. Availability later this month

PokerGO is asking all interested parties to let them know by Monday, August 15th.

Two players - Ben Lamb and Jason Koon - have already indicated that they would like to step in to play.

This is a big match for Phil Hellmuth, as if he wins, High Stakes Duel 3 is over and Phil will be crowned the champion.

Phil Hellmuth has been on an absolute path of destruction on High Stakes Duel, racking up a 9-1 record.

After sweeping both Antonio Esfandiari and Daniel Negreanu, Hellmuth defeated the likes of Tom Dwan and Scott Seiver.

In fact, the only loss that Hellmuth has posted was against Tom Dwan.

Dwan and Hellmuth were supposed to play for a third time, though Tom Dwan had to pull out due to scheduling issues.
